Basis otherwise held mostly steady on on spring wheat and hard red winter, with the latter showing some disparity in export bids. Cash bid structures show carries in white wheat while protein wheat markets remain flat. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed a modest rebound from soft movement over the holiday week. Total U.S. wheat shipments came in at 15.1 mb last week, putting year-to-date loadings at 468 mb and 7% under the year- ago levels.
