DTN Closing Livestock Comment 10/12 16:10 Livestock Contracts Look for Support Monday's trade was especially painful for the livestock contracts as all three markets closed lower, with the live cattle complex seeing the biggest regression. Hog prices closed lower on the National Direct Afternoon Hog Report, down $0.60 with a weighted average of $63.99 on 5,892 head. December corn is down 6 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $9.40. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 250.62 points and NASDAQ is up 296.32 points.
