DTN Closing Livestock Comment 08/06 15:55 Limited Cash Cattle Trade Limits Support Friday Afternoon Cash cattle markets have remained quiet Thursday and Friday. Most likely, needed business is done for the week. Both sides appear to be willing to hold out until next week, potentially sparking renewed interest early next week. Futures bounced higher in late-day trade, offsetting morning pressure. By Rick Kment, DTN Contributing Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: From Friday-to-Friday livestock futures scored the following changes: Aug live cattle up $0.92, Oct live cattle up $0.67, Aug feeder cattle up $1.67, Sep feeder cattle up $1.53, Aug lean hogs up $2.55 and Oct lean hogs off $0.42.

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
