DTN Closing Livestock Comment 10/15 16:09 Cattle Futures Regain Early Week Losses on Friday Following a week of active pressure in lean hog trade, buyers finally moved back into the complex. This helped to post triple-digit gains in most contracts, as underlying price support has likely been reached. Strong pressure in feeder cattle trade developed following rebound in grain markets. By Rick Kment, DTN Contributing Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: From Friday to Friday: livestock futures scored the following changes: October live cattle up $0.40, December live cattle up $0.72; October feeder cattle off $1.90, November feeder cattle up $0.28; December lean hogs off $3.22, February lean hogs off $2.55

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
