Recent CCC donation business has provided some relief to exporters holding high protein white wheat, as discounts for that market softened over the past two weeks. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed wheat shipments came in on par with the prior week at just under 16 mb; a marked improvement for the past two weeks. Year-to-date wheat loadings are now at 532 mb which sets 17% behind a year ago. Top shipper for the week was hard red winter with 6.5 mb. White wheat registered one of the better weeks for the year at 4.1 mb, with the usual Pacific Rim destinations topping the list but also included 1.1 mb for Yemen. Japan took on 9.3 mb of corn off the west coast and 10 mb of soybeans were loaded for China. -Norm Ruhoff Contributing Analyst Copyright 2022 DTN/Telvent. All Rights Reserved.
