DTN Closing Grain Comments 04/12 13:48 Crude Oil Prices Reverse Higher as Grain Futures Rally Continues May crude oil rejected Monday's sell-off and turned back above $100 a barrel Tuesday with ongoing concerns about world oil supplies without Russia's participation. Grain prices pushed higher Tuesday, led once again by a rebound in winter wheat and grim news from Ukraine. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: May corn closed up 11 3/4 cents and December corn was up 13 cents. May soybeans closed up 15 cents and November soybeans were up 21 1/4 cents. May KC wheat closed up 21 1/4 cents, May Chicago wheat was up 23 1/2 cents and May Minneapolis wheat was up 14 1/4 cents. The June U.S. Dollar Index is trading up 0.40 at 100.32. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 61.43 points at 34,246.65. June gold is up $24.10 at $1,972.30, May silver is up $0.64 at $25.63 and May copper is up $0.0595. May crude oil is up $6.61 at $100.90, May heating oil is up $0.1835, May RBOB gasoline is up $0.1580 and May natural gas is up $0.057.
