CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Friday, Dow Jones futures are trading lower after Thursday's gain of over 600 points, while stocks in Europe and Asia are mostly higher. According to CNBC.com, shares of Apple, Amazon and Intel were trading lower after Thursday's earnings reports. Reports on U.S. personal incomes and consumer spending are due out at 7:30 a.m. CDT. According to BBC News, Russian missiles attacked Kyiv, while the UN Secretary General was visiting. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Thursday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 614.46 at 33,916.39 and the S&P 500 up 103.54 at 4,287.50 as the 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 2.86%, near its highest in three years. Early Friday, June Dow Jones futures are trading down 126 points. Asian markets are higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 1.75% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 2.41%. European markets are higher with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading up 0.56%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 1.42% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 1.25%. The June euro is up $0.0062 at $1.0586. The June U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.63 at 103.03. The June 30-year T-bond is up 7/32nds, while June gold is up $23.20 at $1,914.50 and June crude oil is up $0.82 at $106.18. On China's Dalian exchange, September corn was up 0.6%, May soybeans were up 1.2%, September soybean meal was up 0.5% and September soybean oil was up 0.9%. June Malaysian palm oil is trading up 2.8%.
