DTN Closing Grain Comments 06/28 13:53 Grains Mostly Higher Tuesday, Led By Bullish Meal Demand New-crop contracts of corn, soybeans and winter wheat were higher Tuesday with September Minneapolis wheat showing lone dissent with a 3 3/4-cent loss. July soybean meal, just two days from first notice, closed up $12.40 as commercial demand remains bullish for tight supplies of both products related to soybeans. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: July corn closed up 15 1/4 cents and December corn was up 6 1/4 cents. July soybeans closed up 33 1/4 cents and November soybeans were up 29 3/4 cents. September KC wheat closed up 11 1/2 cents, September Chicago wheat was up 18 1/2 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 3 3/4 cents. The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading up 0.53 at 104.21. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 397.98 points at 31,040.28. August gold is down $3.60 at $1,821.20, July silver is down $0.40 at $20.77 and July copper is down $0.0. August crude oil is up $1.96 at $111.53, August heating oil is up $0.0037, August RBOB gasoline is up $0.1024 and August natural gas is up $0.016.
