DTN Closing Grain Comments 07/11 14:24 US Wheat Prices Reverse Higher Start, Finish Lower Corn, soybeans and all three U.S. wheats were off to higher starts on Sunday evening's open, but by Monday's close, wheat prices had fallen lower and row crops held on to small gains. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: September corn closed up 3 3/4 cents and December corn was up 5 1/2 cents. August soybeans closed up 8 3/4 cents and November soybeans were up 8 1/2 cents. September KC wheat closed down 30 1/2 cents, September Chicago wheat was down 35 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 28 cents. The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading up 0.98 at 107.80. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 66.05 points at 31,272.10. August gold is down $9.30 at $1,733.0, July silver is down $0.13 at $19.11 and July copper is down $0.0940. August crude oil is down $1.19 at $103.60, August heating oil is up $0.0754, August RBOB gasoline is down $0.0191 and August natural gas is up $0.371.
