Earlier export sales are now beginning to see vessel nominations which, along with limited farm selling, are supporting the nearby market. All cash wheat bids rolled to December futures and hard red winter 11.5% protein remains at a premium to dark northern spring 14% protein bids. Weekly Sales...USDA did not post weekly export sales this week as they are transitioning to a new delivery system for reporting export demand. Basis Performance...West coast white wheat basis surged today, moving from 30 cents under the 10-year average to 5 over the average at 110 over Chicago today.
