DTN Closing Grain Comments 09/28 13:52 Wheat Prices Rebound Wednesday, Supported by Growing Fears About Russia December contracts of all three U.S. wheats posted double-digit gains Wednesday with growing concerns Russia will not want to extend Ukraine's grain deal in November. Row crops posted small gains as outside market fears relaxed after the Bank of England said it would buy long-term bonds to help ease financial strains at home. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: December corn closed up 3 cents and July corn was up 4 cents. November soybeans closed up 3/4 cent and July soybeans were up 5 cents. December KC wheat closed up 32 3/4 cents, December Chicago wheat was up 31 3/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat was up 29 1/4 cents. The December U.S. Dollar Index is trading down 1.39 at 112.66. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 435.31 points at 29,570.30. December gold is up $33.60 at $1,669.80, December silver is up $0.59 at $18.93 and December copper is up $0.1015. November crude oil is up $3.43 at $81.93, November heating oil is up $0.1672, November RBOB gasoline is up $0.0890 and November natural gas is up $0.208.
