DTN Closing Grain Comments 11/18 14:07 Soybeans, Soybean Oil End Higher Despite Another Drop in Crude Oil December soybean oil ended up 0.61 cent Friday, ignoring crude oil's bearish influence and helping January soybeans finish the day up 11 1/4 cents. December corn was up 1/4 cent and December KC wheat dropped 3 3/4 cents Friday, mostly unfazed by this week's tragic events in Ukraine. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: December corn ended up 1/4 cent and July corn was up 1 cent. January soybeans closed up 11 1/4 cents and July soybeans were up 11 1/2 cents. December KC wheat closed down 3 3/4 cents, December Chicago wheat was down 3 1/2 cents and December Minneapolis wheat was down 4 1/4 cents. The December U.S. Dollar Index is trading up 0.22 at 106.82. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 87.60 points at 33,633.92. December gold is down $12.20 at $1,750.80, December silver is down $0.05 at $20.93 and December copper is down $0.0520. December crude oil is down $1.53 at $79.87, December ultra-low sulfur diesel is down $0.0156, December RBOB gasoline is down $0.0549 and December natural gas is down $0.086.
