Soft white wheat basis has weakened 40 cents from mid-December, with exporter bid structure showing carries into the spring months of 2023. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed a subdued pace of export loadings over the past week, with U.S. wheat shipments coming in at 10.2 mb to put year-to-date loadings at 431 mb and 25 behind a year ago. Top shipper was hard red winter with 4.2 mb, hard red spring registered 2.4 mb and soft white 1.6 mb.
