DTN Closing Grain Comments 01/17 14:08 Crop Prices Turn From Red to Green to Start The Week March contracts of corn, soybeans and the three U.S. wheat commodities all started the day lower with risk-off selling dominating the commodity board early Tuesday. Throughout the session, however, prices found increased support and finished higher across the sector, still finding help from USDA's bullish estimate adjustments on Thursday. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: March corn closed up 10 1/4 cents and July corn was up 8 3/4 cents. March soybeans closed up 12 cents and July soybeans were up 8 1/2 cents. March KC wheat closed up 12 cents, March Chicago wheat was up 8 cents and March Minneapolis wheat was up 3 3/4 cents.
