DTN Closing Grain Comments 05/15 13:57 Wheat Prices Higher as No Grain Deal Extension Yet; Old-Crop Corn, Soybeans Rally July contracts of all three U.S. wheats finished with double-digit gains Monday, partly influenced by USDA's bullish estimates from Friday and by the lack of a grain deal with Russia. July corn was up 6 1/4 cents and July soybeans were up 10 3/4 cents, still getting support from Argentina's drought woes this summer. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: July corn closed up 6 1/4 cents and December corn was up 6 1/4 cents. July soybeans closed up 10 3/4 cents and November soybeans were up 7 1/2 cents. July KC wheat closed up 21 1/4 cents, July Chicago wheat was up 25 3/4 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was up 26 1/2 cents.
