DTN Closing Grain Comments 10/28 14:00 Soybeans End Lower, Rattled by FBI News January soybeans fell 13 cents lower on the day after news broke that the FBI is investigating new emails involving Hillary Clinton. Corn and wheat prices were also lower, but less ruffled by Friday's news.
