DTN Closing Grain Comments 09/07 14:00 Soybeans, Meal Charge Higher November soybeans and December soybean meal both closed higher Wednesday, helped by commercial buying and USDA's sale announcement of 17.8 million bushels of new-crop soybeans. Corn and wheat also finished higher with some concern of this week's rainy conditions.
