DTN Closing Grain Comments 05/10 13:57 Soybean Meal Locks Limit-Up Soybeans and soybean meal closed sharply higher Tuesday after USDA surprised traders with a much lower-than-expected estimate of U.S. ending soybean stocks for 2016-17.
